SeekLead is a B2B research and prospecting platform. These terms govern your use of the service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

The service is intended for business users. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Service description

SeekLead helps you discover potentially relevant business prospects. It does not guarantee that any business will respond, become a customer, or generate revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including targeting, pricing, messaging, timing, market conditions and your sales process.

4. Subscriptions, credits & billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly credits reset on your billing date. Purchased one-off credits remain available for 12 months by default and have no cash value.

5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the platform, resell data in bulk, or use it for unlawful outreach. You are responsible for checking that your outreach is accurate, appropriate and lawful before contacting any person or business.

6. Data & third-party information

Business information surfaced by SeekLead may be inaccurate or out of date. You are responsible for verifying details before relying on them.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeekLead is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
